posting, submission, transmission, text, graphic, material, or other communication shows a violation of the Terms and
Conditions, will undertake appropriate action. If the e-mail does not contain all applicable information indicated above,
the claim may be deemed without merit, unless the e-mail includes an explanation of why such information was not
included. Once a complaining e-mail is submitted, if the party submitting the claim, or the party's representative, is
unwilling to engage in further communications or discussions with CST and provide CST with the information and
